Kids Can't Wait - KidsAbility and Borealis

Keeping our community safe, healthy and vibrant is important to us. Which is why you may have heard us talk about KidsAbility before. They're the incredible community organization that empowers children and youth with a wide range of complex special needs to realize their full potential.

We've been working with them since 2010, donating over $10,000 from our patio parties and kids' menus, as well as thousands of meals during their Superhero runs and various other events. But because of recent funding cuts, they've had to reduce staff, and the future of their programming is at risk.

This week (on top of our usual partnership activities), we're helping them in their Kids Can't Wait Radiothon on May 3. Our President of the Neighbourhood Group of Companies, Court Desautels, will be live on the air to help generate buzz and donations to keep the KidsAbility program alive. 

For every $10 donated at either the Guelph or Kitchener Borealis locations, you will receive a $10 Gift Card for the entire weekend (May 3-5). 

Tune in to CHYM 96.7, Country 106.7 and AM 570 News from 6:00am to 6:00pm on May 3 -- you can hear Court around 11am.
